Pricing:
All prices include a 1 color design on 1 location (Any additional colors or print locations will be additional).
All prices reflect a wholesale cash or check discount. Prices for payment other than wholesale cash or check will be provided upon request.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Customers will be charged prices in effect at the time the order is finalized and art approved.
There is a one time screen and setup charge of $30 /per color for most imprinted items. Some products are higher.
36 pc minimum on most items and will be subject to a less than minimum charge depending on the product.
Changes/Cancellations:
Orders can not be cancelled or changed without factory approval. Factory may reject an order for any reason
Artwork:
Our graphic department can produce and design custom art FREE OF CHARGE. After it has been reviewed by you, it can be changed once without charge. Each additional change after that is subject to a $25/hr art modification fee, minimum 1 hr.
Camera ready art can be supplied by client, however it must be compatible to our software or charges may result to convert the art.
All art designs must be approved prior to production of your item.
Printing on Dark Colors:
To assure a bright, vivid imprint on dark color merchandise, a flash cure process must be used.
This process will add .25 per item.
Production Time:
Please allow 3-4 weeks after art approval for most items to be delivered.
RUSH orders are available when production allows.
Payment:
We accept personal checks, business checks, and Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Rewards and points card are subject to a surcharge.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. The cost of freight will be added to the final total of your order. Other freight services are available at additional charges. Freight costs are estimates only. Actual shipping costs may vary.
Overruns/UnderRuns:
In the promo products industry, exact quantities are not always possible, especially with the lower cost, high volume items. Some manufacturers will guarantee exact count, but at an additional cost. Orders subject to a +/- 5% count.
Logos on products on our website are for information purposes only. Imprints, logos, and trademarks displayed on items are solely for the purpose of showing printing and embroidery capabilities, and they are not intended to reflect or imply endorsement of the products by the companies represented on the items.
Shades of grey, such as ash, birch, oxford and graphite, will have fabric content other than 100% cotton. Typical contents of colors in the grey family will be 90% cotton/10% polyester.
Products may vary in color from one lot to another and exact color matching can not be guaranteed. Patterns /colors may vary due to fabric lots.
You can expect some shade and pattern variations with tie dyed items. This one of a kind quality is the normal result of this special process. We recommend washing tie dyed clothing separately before the first wearing. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
Claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of your order. Failure to do so will void all claims.
No return of customized items is allowed.
Responsibility:
Customer has full responsibility for compliance with all labeling, packaging, trademark, copyright and licensing laws and agreements, pays all license or other fees and holds factory and its agents harmless for any and all claims, costs, and expenses resulting from anything printed for customer.
